| Author: Born in 1952. As a photographer & jounalist, have consistently criticized and verified the existent culture on which present Japanese people stands. Though born of a scientist family, I was familiar with classic arts and literatures. Till now, beside ONSEN,through the focuses of Japanese local public old bus, domestic ferries,I had some works on verifying in whatever circumstances and locations on my age is based on. Also though not so familiar, I am versed in NOH----a traditional Japanese opera ----from my youth. In such a" Buy whatever you want"age of Japan, I succeeded in building my own house with my family in the metropolitan Tokyo, pursuing how building houses comes from a very humanity part. What I studied in the university does not relate to any of my works in the society, but I presume these to be comprised in the genre so-called Anthoropology in the US. |
